New Principal Announcement
After a comprehensive recruitment process, the Board of Victory Lutheran College (VLC) is pleased to announce that Mr Brad Moss has been appointed to the position of Principal at Victory Lutheran College. Brad will begin his role at the start of the 2025 school year.Brad comes to us from St John’s Lutheran School, Jindera and St Paul’s, Henty (both located North of Albury/Wodonga) where he has served as Principal across the two school communities. Prior to that Brad held the position of Principal at St John’s Lutheran Primary School in Portland, Victoria.
In his previous appointments, Brad has shown a Christian leadership and servanthood, which has led to the two school communities growing in education qualities and enrolment numbers. Leading and working to the vision of a strategic plan, we look forward to Brad building on the success of prior leadership that we have been blessed with at VLC.
Brad also holds many active positions within the wider Lutheran Schools; most recently Brad has served as a Chair (Riverina Principal HUB), Principal Representative (LEVNT Leaders Advisory Group), LEVNT Principal Delegate (General Synod) and Professional Mentor (LEA Leadership Development Program).
Brad shared with us that he is thrilled to begin his journey as our new Principal and feels truly honoured to be a part of the Victory community. He looks forward to getting to know each of the students, staff and parents/carers and building strong relationships within the College. He is excited to work together in partnership to inspire and empower our students for a bright future.
As we welcome Brad to our College, we pray for the School communities at St John’s, Jindera and St Paul’s, Henty. During this time of recruiting a leader, may the School communities be at peace in the knowledge that our Lord and Saviour is in the process that they are about to undertake. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
We welcome Brad to our Victory Lutheran College community and are blessed to have his incoming service.
