1.. 2... 3... MATILDA!

Three absolutely amazing performances by Years 5 & 6!

We were thrilled with the fantastic performances of Matilda Jr. by our Years 5 and 6 students last week. Over three amazing evenings, the energy and enthusiasm displayed by our talented young performers captivated audiences and left a lasting impression.

From the very first scene, it was evident that our students had poured their hearts into this musical production. Their dedication to their roles, coupled with vibrant costumes and high energy, brought Roald Dahl’s beloved story to life. It was truly a joy to see them shine on stage, showcasing not only their individual talents but also the teamwork that made this production possible.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of these performances. The support we received from the backstage crew, who worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, was invaluable. Our dedicated volunteers who sold delicious treats (how good was the fairy floss!) kept our audience delighted. Additionally, we appreciate everyone who helped out in the foyer, greeting and ushering guests and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as those who managed parking to ensure everyone had a smooth experience.

Thank you to our amazing Victory community of parents/carers, families, friends and staff who supported our students in the learning of lines, songs, fitting of costumes as well as the commitment from students and families in attending weekend rehearsals. We thank you for your support.

We are incredibly proud of our students, and this experience will be a lasting memory for all involved.
