Key Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstratable skills that would support the diverse needs of young people (ie. learning, social/emotional, behaviour).
  2. Demonstrated experience working as part of a collaborative team, with the capacity to liaise with a diverse range of College staff, including leadership, teachers and learning assistants.
  3. Personal resilience, problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in challenging situations.
  4. Willingness to support the Lutheran ethos of the College and a desire to contribute proactively to a Christ-centred community.
