Hockey success

Our two Intermediate Hockey teams have progressed to State

Victory had two Intermediate Hockey teams compete at the Hume level, with both teams doing extremely well, advancing through to State Finals in November!

While the Intermediate level is generally for students in Years 9 and 10, our two teams consisted of students from Years 7 to 10, reflecting the calibre of the teams and not their age.

The Girls team played Cathedral College, winning 2-1, and then won 1-0 against Greater Shepparton.
Goals to Bella, Luala and Chloe.

The Boys team competed against Catholic College Wodonga winning 5-0, then versed Euroa Secondary College, coming away with an impressive 12-1 win.
Goals to Kane, Hrishi, Hunter, Harry, Baxter, Ryan, Max and Elijah.

Our thanks to Year 12 coaches Teneaka and Luc who encouraged and supported their respective teams so well. Good luck for State, which for many of our hockey sports stars will be the second year in a row!
